SpanCrew is flat-rate field service software for small trade shops. It is in early access. This page says what we collect on spancrew.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- If you ask for early access, we store the email you type, the time you sent it, and a short tag for the page or link you came from. We don't store your IP address or browser details with it.
- When a page loads, we record the page, the site that sent you (if any), your approximate location (country, region and city, which our host works out from your IP address), your browser, operating system, screen width, language and time zone. We turn your IP address into a one-way scrambled code so we can count unique visitors and leave out our own visits. We never store the address itself.
- Our host, Vercel, also counts page views for us with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
What we don't do
We don't use cookies. We don't sell or rent your data, show ads, or share your email with anyone. If you turn on "internal" mode with a link we give our own team, your browser keeps a small note in local storage so your visits aren't counted; nothing else is stored on your device.
How we use your email
Only to contact you about SpanCrew early access and launch. To stop hearing from us, or to have your email deleted, write to hello@spancrew.com at any time.
Who else handles data
- Vercel hosts the site and stores our data. It keeps standard server logs for security.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them.
How long we keep it
Early access emails: until you ask us to delete yours, or until we stop running SpanCrew. Visit records: 13 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
Changes
